- Diana has over thirty years of experience working as a consultant to companies of all sizes, from family-owned entrepreneurships to Fortune 500 firms in a wide range of industries including the not-for-profit and faith-based sectors. She specializes in assisting organizations to design and implement strategic planning processes through ongoing executive team development. She has helped companies align management around sound business strategy, and "cascade" the process through divisions and functional departments to the level of individual performance management.
- Known for her lively and effective style, Diana delivers management training on numerous topics, including delegation, time management, performance appraisal and meeting effectiveness. In addition, she is in-demand as a facilitator for tough group and organizational processes.
- As a coach, Diana's focus is on the alignment of organizational and individual goals, self-awareness and life balance.
- Diana received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. She was Vice President and Division Head for ManagementSystems Consulting Corporation before founding Management Arts in 1995. Diana served as an Alumna Trustee for Scripps College, where she was honored as 2007 Volunteer of the Year, and as Board Chair for Challah for Hunger, for which she was honored in 2014. Diana was the 2015 Lois Langland Alumna in Residence at Scripps College.
- Prior to becoming a consultant, Diana held senior management positions in marketing at two national apparel retail companies. A native of Los Angeles, Diana is married and has one son. In her spare time, she dabbles with multimedia collage art and bookbinding.
